Are there nuts in your facility?

Yes, we do use peanuts and tree nuts in our facility. While you may not see nuts on an ingredient list from something you order, be aware that we do use nuts in our facility. If you are dealing with a severe nut allergy, you would be best to forego.

How much time in advance do I need to place a big order?

Keep in mind that we are a wholesale facility, so big orders are our mission. That being said, unusual (special) or unusually large orders should be placed a week in advance.

Is there a minimum order for special order cookies?

Yes! Decorated cookies that are different from the ones we are currently making need to be ordered with a minimum of at least 48 cookies per design/shape.. As well, we will need to have several days notice for cookies we are not currently making. We do, however, have some specific special occasion cookies available online that can be ordered by the dozen.

Is there a discount for big orders?

This is a wholesale bakery, so big orders are what we do every day. Therefore, a “big” order is really big. Wholesale orders are dependent on the proper business licensing.

Where/When is the Farmer’s Market?

The Old Town Alexandria Farmer’s Market is every Saturday, year round, from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. The address is 301 King St. Alexandria VA 22314.

Are you going to have such and such at the Farmer’s Market?

We usually have seasonal things along with our regular offerings at the market, but you really should order ahead online as you can choose the option to pick up at the Market. We don’t have everything you see online at the Market unless you have ordered it. Also, you never know when we may run out of what you are after if you haven’t let us know ahead of time to bring it for you.

When/Where can I pick up my order?

Hours for curbside pick-up from the bakery (go to double doors on the loading dock to the left) are 7:00 am-5:00 pm M-F, and 7:00 am-3:00 pm Saturdays. Farmers market orders can be picked up Saturday mornings.

Do I have to place an order?

While we have a few, few things here for purchase, it is sparse and quite random. It is always best to order by 3:00 pm for next day pick up. Even if you see it online, we make things daily as ordered so it will probably not be here if you haven’t ordered it.

Can you adjust your recipes according to my taste or leave something out?

No.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. Pretty much any card.
