Carrot cake- carrots, sugar, wheat flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromate, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), soybean oil, yellow raisins, walnuts, eggs, cinnamon, baking soda (potassium sorbate, sodium propionate, sodium benzoate), allspice, salt.
Cream Cheese Icing- cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, butter, and vanilla extract (vanilla, water, alcohol, invert syrup, propylene glycol, caramel color, (contains sulfites)).
