Chicken or Bean Stew w/ Biscuits
Here’s MB’s latest creation to get you in a downright cozy frame of mind. Freshly roasted chicken with corn, carrots, peas, chicken stock, and fresh herbs ready-to-bake off with yummy biscuit “dumplings” on top. In a different version, Mr. Tom mixes his specially seasoned pinto beans with sweet potatoes, corn, carrots, peas and even more fresh herbs-also ready to be topped with biscuit “dumplings” and baked off fresh in your oven. MB loves this one!
About three servings per pan.
Each pan comes filled with stew, with 6 biscuits ready to go, and easy finishing instructions.
Reheating instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove lid & bake stew for 20 minutes, then place the biscuits on top, give a quick egg wash, and bake for another 20-30 minutes until the biscuits are brown and the stew is bubbly.
