Petit fours-
Cake- wheat flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromate, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), almond paste (almonds, sugar, water, bitter almond oil (synthetic) potassium sorbate), unsalted butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavorings (lactic acid, starter distillate)), confectioner’s sugar (sugar, cornstarch), eggs.
Filling- sugar, raspberry puree, water, corn syrup, modified food starch (corn), contains 2% or less of gellan gum, citric acid, potassium sorbate (preservative), calcium lactate, red 40, blue 1.
